Apple Cider Mimosas
1 bottle champagne
1 cup apple cider
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a shallow bowl or plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Wet the rims of champagne flutes to wet the rims and then dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider and top off with champagne.

Pumpkin Spice White Russians
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp crushed graham crackers
2 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 1/2 oz pumpkin spice creamer
1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions:
In a shallow bowl or plate, combine pumpkin pie spice (keep a little for later) and crushed graham crackers. Wet the rims of each glass to wet the rims and then dip in the graham cracker mixture.
Pour vodka and Kahlua into glasses filled with ice, top with creamer and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Apple Pie Sparklers
1 cup sparkling cider
1 cup moscato
6 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
Apple slices, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions:
Wet the rim of glasses by pressing an apple slice into the rim and sliding around the outside and then dip the wet rim into cinnamon sugar.
Pour vanilla vodka into each glass then fill halfway full with moscato. Top off with sparkling cider.
Serve with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Fireball Apple Slushies
1 cup ice
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup Fireball
Cinnamon, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine ice, apple cider, and fireball. Blend until combined.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.

Apple & Gin Autumn Cocktail
Ingredients:
4 oz Gin
4 oz Apple Cider
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
Cinnamon, for garnish
2 sprigs Thyme, for garnish
1 apple, cut into matchsticks
Directions:
You can make honey simple syrup with 1 part honey and 1 part hot water in a mason jar and shaking until mixed.
Combine gin, apple cider, lime juice, honey simple syrup, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
Fill two glasses with ice and matchstick apples. Strain cocktail to glasses and garnish with sprigs of thyme.
